What is medical consultation refund?
The refund system works as follows: the patient, chooses the service provider of his or her trust. This does not need to belong to any accredited network. After the service, make the payment of the query and after sending the receipt, within a maximum period of 30 days, the insurer must reimburse it according to its contract.



What is the advantage of using this benefit?
Refund is the best way to use your plan: you choose your doctor, your hospital, and your trust lab. There are no intermediaries between you and your doctor, allowing for a more frank relationship.



Am I eligible for medical refund?
Most health insurers offer the benefit of medical reimbursement. The easiest way to find out is to call the covenant and ask if you have that right. You can also consult the manual or the contract signed with the operator.



How do I know the amount to which I have the right to be refund?
Most agreements have a fixed reimbursement table for each plan, which the user has the right to know. It is the amount of the refund prior.
